Recognizes the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association for its efforts in preparing for the designation of Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa as a Hawaii state and national scenic byway.

Supports the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association's work in developing the Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa Corridor Management Plan.

Endorses the subsequent designation of Waikiki - Kauhale O Ho'okipa Scenic Byway as a National Scenic Byway under the Federal Highway Administration's National Scenic Byways Program.

Requires transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the President of the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association, State Director of Transportation, Mayor of Honolulu, and Director of the Honolulu Department of Transportation Services.
