Designates January 17th of every year as a day to commemorate the Native Hawaiian struggle for justice and reconciliation related to the United Churches of Christ's Apology to Na Kanaka Maoli and the United States Congressional Apology to Native Hawaiians (Public Law 103-150).

Urges all public and private schools, universities, and colleges to integrate the United Churches of Christ's Apology to Na Kanaka Maoli and the Congressional Apology to Native Hawaiians into their curriculum.

Urges the hospitality industry and the United States Department of Defense to incorporate both apologies into orientation and training programs for new employees in Hawaii.

Recognizes Queen Liliuokalani's courage, faith, and devotion to justice, mercy, and reconciliation following the overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy.

Commits the Legislature to furthering justice for Native Hawaiians and reconciliation efforts between the United States government and Native Hawaiians.
