Commends the Jump Start Task Force for creating the Jump Start Program, a career and technical education dual credit program for Hawaii high school seniors.

Encourages expansion of the Jump Start Program to schools on the islands of Maui and Hawaii beyond its current implementation.

Requests the Department of Education and University of Hawaii Community Colleges continue supporting the Jump Start Program.

Finds the program has been highly successful and aims to provide career and technical education opportunities to additional high school seniors whose schools do not yet offer such classes.
