Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a non-exclusive 55-year easement over approximately 270 square feet of state-owned submerged land in Honolulu (tax map key (1) 3-6-001-021).

Easement grants Eric Carl Jonsson and Joanna Fowler Jonsson the right to use, maintain, repair, replace, and remove an existing pier that straddles the boundary between their private property and the state submerged lands.

Compensation consists of a one-time payment to be determined by independent or staff appraisal establishing fair market rent, subject to Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson approval.

Easement is issued pursuant to Section 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, governing reclamation and disposition of submerged or reclaimed public land, with limitations and conditions to be determined by the Board.

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
