Requests the Department of Human Services to inscribe "E Pluribus Unum" or "Liberty; In God We Trust" on Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards issued to financial assistance recipients.

Notes that over 187,000 Hawaii residents receive federal assistance through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and 37,000 receive assistance through the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program via EBT cards.

Specifies that EBT cards function as currency for purchasing food items in local stores and are funded by the federal government.

Requires the Department of Human Services Director to receive a certified copy of the resolution.
