Appropriates $190,000 for fiscal year 2013-2014 and $190,000 for fiscal year 2014-2015 to the University of Hawaii at Manoa's office of student equity, excellence, and diversity.

Funds five part-time graduate assistant and student employee positions (2.5 FTE) to conduct research on Asian American and Pacific Islander students in higher education.

Positions will disseminate research findings and provide direct services to undergraduate and graduate students interested in diversity careers in student affairs and higher education.

Takes effect on July 1, 2013.
