Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 84-17(d) to require financial disclosure statements of University of Hawaii Board of Regents members to be public records available for inspection and duplication.

Adds Board of Regents members as a new category (4) of public officials whose financial disclosures must be disclosed, alongside governors, legislators, state department directors, and other state officials.

Renumbers existing disclosure requirements for University of Hawaii administrative officials (president, vice presidents, chancellors, provosts) from category (4) to category (5).

Takes effect upon approval of the Act.
