Establishes a gift shop in the Hawaii state capitol to sell merchandise inspired by the capitol's architecture, art, and Hawaii's history.

Authorizes the Department of Accounting and General Services to operate the gift shop with the goal of generating revenue for the State and providing visitors with commemorative items.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 to establish and operate the gift shop (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Creates opportunities for local businesses to design and sell custom products exclusive to the capitol gift shop.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
