Requires beer labels using Hawaii geographical names, Hawaiian words, or Hawaiian-related design elements to include the word "brand" in lettering at least one-half the size of the geographical reference to clarify the beer was not produced in Hawaii.

Mandates that beer labels bearing Hawaiian brand names or adjectives must display the name and address of the actual bottler and the location where the beer was bottled or canned.

Allows beer labels to indicate appellation of origin only if at least 75 percent of the beer's volume comes from fruit or agricultural products grown and fermented in that region, the beer is fully produced within that region, and it complies with the region's beer composition and production regulations.
