HI HB1208

Directs the Department of Human Services to gather data and recommend reasonable fees for certification and licensure of community-based case management agencies, community care foster family homes, and adult day care centers.

Authorizes the Department of Health to adopt the Department of Human Services' fee recommendations and collect fees by rule, effective July 1, 2014, as these programs transfer from DHS to DOH per Act 93, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012.

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2014 regular session with findings and fee recommendations for licensure and certification renewals.

Effective July 1, 2013.
