Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to require beer labels using "Hawaii," "Hawaiian," or Hawaiian geographic areas/words to include the word "brand" in lettering at least one-half the size of the geographical name or adjective.

Permits the Department to request additional language on beer labels if adding "brand" does not adequately dispel the false impression that the beer was produced in Hawaii or a Hawaiian region.

Requires beer labels with Hawaiian brand names, adjectives, words, designs, or devices to include the bottler's name and the place where the beer was bottled or canned.

Allows the bottler's principal place of business to be shown instead of the actual bottling location if that address is where bottling takes place, and permits identification of parties for whom the beer was bottled or canned with phrases like "bottled or canned for" or "distributed by."

Takes effect on July 1, 2112.
