Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes §237D-2 to make permanent the 2% additional transient accommodations tax on gross rental proceeds, removing the June 30, 2015 sunset date and extending it indefinitely.

Changes the additional tax provision from "to June 30, 2015" to "and thereafter," making the 2% rate permanent rather than temporary.

Repeals sunset provisions in Act 61 (2009), Act 103 (2011), and Act 243 (2012) that were scheduled to expire on June 30, 2015, eliminating the automatic repeal and reenactment language.

Ensures revenues collected from the additional transient accommodations tax continue to be deposited into the state's general funds without interruption.

Takes effect upon approval.
