Requires sex offenders in Hawaii to disclose whether their employment or volunteer activities involve substantial contact with persons under age 18 as part of the sex offender registry requirements.

Adds a new statement requirement (item 8) to the registration information that covered offenders must provide, specifying contact with minors in work settings.

Renumbers subsequent registration requirements from items 8-16 to items 9-17 to accommodate the new disclosure requirement.

Takes effect on July 1, 2013.
