Establishes a violation with a fine of up to $1,000 for falsely presenting an animal as a service animal, with each separate presentation constituting a distinct offense.

Addresses the problem of non-disabled individuals purchasing false service animal badges online (costing as little as $20) and bringing untrained animals into restricted establishments.

Aims to protect public safety, maintain the legitimacy of the service animal program, and prevent unauthorized animals from entering restaurants, retail stores, offices, and other establishments where non-service animals are prohibited.

Takes effect upon approval.
