Adds a new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 571 establishing that all child support orders are presumed to apply on a per child basis unless specified otherwise.

Creates a legal presumption that allows child support obligations to be calculated and enforced individually for each child in a family unless a court order states a different arrangement.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that were established before the law's effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
