Clarifies that money judgments recorded in the bureau of conveyances create valid liens against all real property, including registered land, without requiring reference to certificate of title numbers.

Amends section 501-82 to add money judgments from Hawaii state courts or the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii as an enumerated encumbrance on registered land when recorded in the bureau of conveyances.

Modifies section 501-102 to exempt money judgment liens from requirements that documents contain certificate of title references, allowing them to be recorded without such information.

Eliminates the burden on creditors to amend otherwise valid judgments to include certificate of title numbers before recording, particularly for judgments rendered in other jurisdictions.

Takes effect on July 1, 2014, and does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that matured or began before the effective date.
