Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 11-334(a) to modify campaign finance report filing deadlines for candidates.

Changes supplemental report filing dates to January 31 and July 31 after an election year, removing the previous language "after an election year" from the January 31 deadline.

Supplemental reports filed January 31 must be current through December 31, and reports filed July 31 must be current through June 30.

Maintains existing deadlines for preliminary reports (30 days before primary, 10 days before other elections), final primary reports (20 days after primary), and final election period reports (30 days after general election).
