Raises the fireworks display permit fee for licensed pyrotechnicians conducting aerial fireworks and indoor theatrical fireworks from $110 to $300.

Permit fee has remained unchanged for 13 years while processing, review, and approval costs have increased.

Maintains existing permit fees of $25 for consumer firecrackers and $25 for consumer fireworks used outside prescribed periods or for cultural purposes.

Becomes effective upon approval.
