• Clarifies that the fee schedule in HRS §501-218 is not comprehensive and may be supplemented by court rules or administrative rules adopted under HRS chapter 91.

• Authorizes the Hawaii Supreme Court to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate land court fees by rule of court for services provided by the office of the registrar of the land court.

• Authorizes the Department of Land and Natural Resources to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate fees for services provided by assistant registrars in the bureau of conveyances through administrative rule adoption.

• Authorizes the Department of Accounting and General Services to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate fees for services provided by the state land surveyor for checking and processing land court maps through administrative rule adoption.
