Changes "automatic teller machines" to "automated teller machines" throughout Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 102-2, 412:3-502, and 412:12-101.

Amends section 209E-2 to correct "professional employment" to "professional employer" in the definition of "leased employee."

Updates section 302A-101 to change "charters" to "charter contracts" in the definition of "charter schools" and corrects chapter reference from 302D to 302D.

Repeals section 459-16 regarding optometrist reporting requirements for adverse effects from pharmaceutical agents, which had an expiration date of June 30, 1988.

Makes technical corrections to Act 212 (Section 10), Act 175 (Section 12), and Act 205 (Section 13) of Hawaii Session Laws to clarify language, correct references, and fix section citations; amends section 454F-1 and 454F-25 to standardize NMLS references; and ratifies section 321-15.62 regarding adult residential care home regulations.
