Creates a new consolidated annual report requirement for the University of Hawaii to be submitted to the legislature no later than twenty days before each regular session convening.

Consolidated report must include annual financial statements, non-general fund revenues and expenditures by fund type, positions and salaries by collective bargaining unit, and information required by sections 304A-1004, 304A-2153, and 304A-2689.

Allows the consolidated report to include other University of Hawaii annual reports required by statute, which would then satisfy those respective reporting requirements if included.

Amends existing reporting requirements in sections 304A-1004 (executive and faculty salaries), 304A-2153 (University of Hawaii Foundation expenditures), and 304A-2689 (revenue bonds) to reference the new consolidated report instead of separate submissions.

Effective date July 1, 2525 (note: appears to contain a typographical error in the year).
