Requires the executive office on aging to conduct a public education and awareness campaign on long-term care, including information on likelihood of needing care, costs, and available financing options.

Appropriates $500,000 for fiscal year 2014-2015 to conduct the long-term care awareness campaign and obtain an independent evaluation, with results to be reported to the legislature by 2017.
