Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes §711-1110.9 to expand violation of privacy in the first degree to include knowingly disclosing images or videos of another identifiable person who is nude or engaging in sexual conduct without consent.

Disclosure must be made with intent to substantially harm the depicted person with respect to health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation, or personal relationships.

Exempts images or videos made when the person was voluntarily nude or engaging in sexual conduct in public, or pursuant to a voluntary commercial transaction.

Provides immunity for providers of electronic communication services or remote computing services for content disclosed by other users through their platforms.

Maintains violation of privacy in the first degree as a class C felony, with court authority to order destruction of recordings made in violation of the statute; effective upon approval.
