Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 to support operational mission readiness activities of the Hawaii Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, including facilities maintenance and capital improvements not funded by the National Civil Air Patrol.

The Civil Air Patrol is a congressionally chartered civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force with three mandated missions: emergency services, aerospace education, and cadet programs.

In Hawaii, the Civil Air Patrol provides critical services including search and rescue operations, disaster relief, and tsunami warnings to coastal and remote areas.

Funds shall be expended by the department of defense for the specified purposes.

The Act takes effect on July 1, 2030.
