Appropriates general revenues to the Department of the Attorney General for the Child Support Enforcement Agency to re-establish positions that were abolished in 2012.

Funds 10.0 full-time equivalent positions including 2 General Professionals, 2 Investigator IIIs, 2 Support Payment Officers, 2 Social Service Assistants IV, 1 Office Assistant IV, and 1 Social Service Aide.

Addresses finding that the Child Support Enforcement Agency requires $5,546,266 annually in maintenance of effort funding to meet minimum statutory standards and has been damaged by continuous funding cuts.

Takes effect July 1, 2030.
