Requires the child support enforcement agency to send notice 3-4 months before an adult child's 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd birthdays that child support will be suspended unless proof of full-time student enrollment is provided.

Shifts verification responsibility to the adult child (rather than custodial parent) to demonstrate enrollment in a post-high school university, college, or vocational school.

Requires adult children to submit proof of successful course completion within 14 calendar days after each semester ends to continue receiving child support.

Permits automatic suspension of child support payments upon the child's birthday if required proof of enrollment and coursework completion is not provided.

Applies to child support awards existing on and executed after the effective date, with the child support enforcement agency required to enforce requirements for awards executed prior to enactment.
