Redefines chiropractic practice to include manipulative, manual, mechanical, physiotherapeutic, and clinical nutritional methods, replacing the previous spinal-focused definition.

Establishes chiropractic as a portal of entry for consumers and expands scope to include diagnostic and treatment services approved by the board and taught by accredited chiropractic colleges.

Authorizes chiropractors to examine, diagnose, and treat patients using diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and other board-approved diagnostic methods, while prohibiting surgery and legend drugs.

Modifies examination requirements to allow the board to require additional post-licensure examinations administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in cases of reciprocity, disciplinary action, or licensure changes.

Permits licensed chiropractors to use the title "chiropractic physician" and clarifies restrictions on use of "doctor," "physician," and other medical titles without proper designation.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
