Establishes a minimum of 24 months in an accredited podiatric residency as a requirement for podiatrist licensure in Hawaii, effective January 1, 2015.

Requires applicants to be graduates of a podiatric medicine college approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education and the Hawaii medical board.

Provides alternative requirements for out-of-state podiatrists who graduated before January 1, 2004: at least 12 months of accredited residency, 10 years of active licensed experience in another state, and a current unencumbered license.

Exempts currently licensed podiatrists in Hawaii from residency and active experience requirements.

Aligns Hawaii's requirements with the national standard for podiatrist licensure.
