Establishes an Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact task force within the Department of Land and Natural Resources to examine the feasibility of Hawaii's participation in the multistate agreement.

Task force chair appointed by the chairperson of the board of land and natural resources; members must represent divisions of conservation, forestry and wildlife, aquatic resources, county law enforcement agencies, hunting and fishing license vendors and agents, Native Hawaiian practitioners, and license holders.

Task force must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 regular session with findings, recommendations, projected costs, personnel hours required, and proposed legislation on participation in the Compact.

Task force is dissolved on June 30, 2015.

Act takes effect July 1, 2030.
