Amend Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 514A-83.3 and 514B-153 to require resident managers, managing agents, and boards of directors to maintain email addresses in their membership lists for condominium association members.

Require that the accurate and current membership list include member email addresses in addition to current addresses and names and addresses of vendees under agreements of sale.

Maintain existing provisions allowing members to request copies of the membership list upon furnishing an executed affidavit stating the list will be used only for soliciting votes, proxies, or providing information on association matters.

Preserve existing board authority to prohibit commercial solicitations and regulate reasonable time, place, and manner of proxy solicitations and material distribution on common elements.

Effective upon approval.
