Requires the Department of Education to administer the Youth Risk Behavior Survey to students in grades six to twelve at selected public schools in odd-numbered years.

Requires private schools to administer the Youth Risk Behavior Survey to students in grades six to twelve in odd-numbered years.

Requires the Department of Education to administer the Youth Risk Behavior Survey to students in grades six to twelve at each public charter school in odd-numbered years.

Allows parents or legal guardians to opt their child out of the survey by submitting written notification to the school.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 to administer the survey, effective July 1, 2014.
