Amends Section 486-56 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to specify which version of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D4814 standard applies to automotive spark-ignition engine fuel specifications.

Designates ASTM D4814-13b adopted in 2013 as the applicable standard for fuel specifications in Hawaii, as modified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, part IV, subpart G, section 2.1 adopted in 2013.

Clarifies that the Board of Agriculture's rules referring to ASTM D4814 shall be interpreted to reference this specific 2013 version and the corresponding NIST modifications.

Takes effect upon approval.
