Permits consumers who own cows, goats, sheep, or shares in these animals to acquire raw milk and raw milk products directly from farms or dairies through cow share, goat share, or sheep share agreements.

Requires farms and dairies producing raw milk or raw milk products to register with the Department of Health by submitting written statements with the farm name, address, and statement of production.

Mandates that raw milk or raw milk products be accompanied by a prominent warning statement that the products are not pasteurized and that producers provide consumers with information about herd health standards, milk testing, and animal testing results.

Allows farms and dairies to establish distribution locations near improved roads to distribute products to share owners, but prohibits sale to the general public.

Prohibits consumers who acquire raw milk or raw milk products from selling or redistributing them, and prohibits producers from implying Department of Health approval or endorsement of their products.
