Requires the executive office on aging of the department of health to conduct a public education and awareness campaign on long-term care.

Campaign must inform the public about the likelihood of needing long-term care, costs, financing options, and the fact that long-term care is not covered by Medicare or regular health insurance.

Authorizes the executive office on aging to develop public-private partnerships and invite stakeholder participation to fund and administer the campaign.

Requires an independent evaluation of the campaign's effectiveness with findings and recommendations reported to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 regular session convening.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 to conduct the campaign and evaluation.
