Eliminates the requirement that managers of foreign time share plans register in Hawaii as time share plan managers.

Requires disclosure statements for time share plan offerings to include a statement that foreign plan managers are not registered in Hawaii and that Hawaii's time share law provides no protections with respect to the plan manager.

Expands the types of entities that can serve as associations for time share owners to include not-for-profit limited liability companies and other nonprofit or not-for-profit entities, in addition to nonprofit corporations.

Makes housekeeping amendments to clarify which provisions of Hawaii's time share law apply to foreign time share plans where offers or sales are made in Hawaii.

Effective July 1, 2030.
