Appropriates funds from general revenues to the Department of Health for the Comprehensive Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program for fiscal year 2014-2015.

Program has screened over 7,600 women since 1997 and screens approximately 1,100-1,200 women annually despite losing Hawaii Medical Center as a provider.

Based on historical data showing average costs of $10,060.93 per person for comprehensive treatment, the program requires $100,000 for fiscal year 2014-2015.

Funds support breast and cervical cancer screening, education, treatment, and outreach services.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
