Extends the sunset date for voluntary deregistration of fee non-time share interests from December 31, 2014, to December 31, 2016, allowing continued work by an ad hoc working group on implementation models.

Clarifies that upon cancellation of a fee time share interest certificate of title, the registrar may file a cancellation record in the application or consolidation file and the state surveyor may annotate land court maps with the deregistered land identification and bureau of conveyances document number.

Authorizes the state surveyor to annotate land court maps to identify deregistered land and note the corresponding bureau of conveyances document number of the canceled certificate of title.

Maintains the mandatory and permanent deregistration of time share interests established under Act 119 (2013), while extending the timeline for voluntary deregistration of other fee interests.
