Establishes a five-year evidence-based physical-activity and nutritional-education pilot program within the Department of Education's After-School Plus (A+) Program, ending June 30, 2019.

Pilot program shall provide regular physical exercise and nutritional education as an integral part of A+ programming in elementary schools statewide.

Funding within the A+ program budget shall cover training for coordinators and group leaders, playground equipment, nutritional tools, data collection, and program evaluation.

Department of Education may establish participation fees sufficient to maintain the pilot program and may contract with private entities for program management under department supervision.

Appropriates unspecified sums from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 for the pilot program and for A+ program fees for eligible families under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program.
