Permits solar easements to be recorded as easements appurtenant in the bureau of conveyances or land court and allows enforcement through legal or equitable suits.

Authorizes counties to require trimming of vegetation blocking solar radiation from solar energy devices, with ordinances designating responsibility for trimming costs.

Exempts vegetation from trimming requirements if planted before the solar energy device installation.
