Establishes a limited lines travel insurance producer license authorizing individuals and entities to sell, solicit, or negotiate travel insurance through licensed insurers.

Permits travel retailers to offer and disseminate travel insurance on behalf of a limited lines travel insurance producer without requiring individual insurance producer licenses.

Requires limited lines travel insurance producers to designate a responsible licensed producer, maintain a register of affiliated travel retailers, and ensure employee training on insurance types, ethical sales practices, and required disclosures.

Exempts limited lines travel insurance producers and registered travel retailers from examination and continuing education requirements for licensure.

Prohibits unlicensed travel retailer employees from selling insurance, evaluating existing coverage, or holding themselves out as licensed insurers or experts; effective July 1, 2112.
