Amends § 708-872 to update falsifying business records offense by expanding "business record" definition to include electronic records and adding definitions for "electronic," "information," and "record"

Modifies § 710-1000 by adding six new definitions including "electronic," "falsely alter," "falsely complete," "falsely make," "information," and "record" to cover digital documents and statements

Updates § 710-1016.3 (obtaining government-issued ID under false pretenses in the first degree) to apply to statements in written, printed, or electronic form and documents that are falsely made, completed, or altered

Updates § 710-1016.4 (obtaining government-issued ID under false pretenses in the second degree) with same language changes to encompass electronic communications and digital records

Updates § 710-1017 (tampering with government records) and § 710-1063 (unsworn falsification to authorities) to apply to statements, documents, and records in written, printed, or electronic form
