Enacts section 3 of the Model Protection of Charitable Assets Act to give the Attorney General oversight authority over charitable assets regardless of their form.

Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce charitable assets in accordance with applicable law, terms of use, and the charitable purpose of the holder.

Grants the Attorney General power to prevent or remedy misapplication, diversion, waste, or breaches of fiduciary duty in the governance and administration of charitable assets.

Permits the Attorney General to commence or intervene in legal actions to prevent, remedy, or obtain damages for charitable asset violations and to determine whether an asset qualifies as charitable.

Allows the Attorney General to conduct investigations using administrative subpoena power under sections 28-2.5 and 467B-9.3 when necessary to determine if action is warranted.
