Authorizes the Department of Health to disclose lists of names of persons whose deaths were recorded to state agencies that maintain official lists and are prohibited by federal law from sharing information.

Department of Health must deliver the death lists quarterly (or at agreed upon periods) containing the decedent's full name and birth and death dates if known.

Agencies requesting death information must have a written agreement with the Department of Health and may only use the information for the purposes obtained and cannot further disclose it.

Department of Health may charge reasonable fees for providing historical death lists and may develop electronic systems interfaces to provide the information to requesting agencies.

Bill sunsets and is repealed on July 1, 2016.
