Establishes an Environmental Information Management Office within the Department of Health, headed by a manager appointed by the Director of Health.

Office shall promote use of environmental information systems and mobile applications to enable efficient collection and dissemination of environmental data for department programs, the State, and the public.

Office duties include providing project management for environmental information systems, developing management policy in accordance with Office of Information Management and Technology and EPA standards, and seeking external partnerships and funding for system development.

Office shall promote federal efforts to reduce regulatory reporting burdens, increase data reporting efficiencies, and facilitate coordination of environmental regulatory data functions.

Effective date: July 1, 2030.
