HI HB2321

Prohibits the use of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes, electronic cigars, pipes, and related products) in all places where smoking is currently prohibited by law.

Adds definitions for "electronic smoking device" and "tobacco product" to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 328J-1, including electronic smoking devices as tobacco products.

Amends the definition of "smoke" or "smoking" to explicitly include the use of electronic smoking devices.

Requires updated signage in prohibited smoking areas to state "Smoking Prohibited by Law Including E-cigarettes and All Other Electronic Smoking Devices" with specific letter height requirements (three-quarters inch minimum for main text, one-quarter inch for additional text).

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
