Extends criminal penalties for false labeling of Hawaii-grown coffee to include violations of grade and standards requirements in addition to geographic origin misrepresentation.

Applies false labeling offense to all stages of coffee production including cherry, parchment, natural, green, roasted, and instant coffee, whereas previous law only covered cherry, parchment, and green coffee.

Prohibits labeling roasted or instant coffee with a geographic origin designation unless the green coffee beans used meet the grades and standards requirements established under Hawaii administrative rules (chapter 147).

Defines key terms including "natural coffee" (coffee processed from cherry or parchment with specific characteristics) and maintains existing geographic origin designations for Hamakua, Kau, Kona, and other Hawaii regions.

Takes effect July 1, 2050, and does not affect rights, duties, or penalties established before the effective date.
