Requires all members of boards, commissions, and committees subject to section 26-34 to complete a public agency meetings and information practices training course within six months of senate confirmation.

Training shall be administered by the office of information practices in person or online format and must include explanations of Chapter 92 and Chapter 92F laws, technical requirements, underlying principles, practical applications, and a question-and-answer segment.

Training courses shall be held in January and July each year, last at least two hours, and participants must receive certification upon successful completion demonstrating adequate understanding of the material.

Extends the ethics training requirements under Chapter 84 to board, commission, and committee members, though these members are exempted from the requirement to complete ethics training in lobbying laws under Chapter 97.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
