Removes the June 30, 2015 repeal date for sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Act 58 (2004), making those provisions permanent.

Makes permanent the Hawaii Tourism Authority's exemption from Comptroller supervision of accounts and related accounting requirements.

Makes permanent the Executive Director's state retirement benefits and compensation package adjustments authorized under Act 5 (Special Session 2009).

Makes permanent the appointment authority for a Sports Director position within the Hawaii Tourism Authority.

Makes permanent provisions directing deposit of interest and revenues from Authority projects into the Tourism Special Fund.

Effective date: July 1, 2030.
