Amends the definition of "majority" to mean owners of units representing more than fifty percent of common interests, and clarifies that any specified percentage means owners holding that percentage of common interest.

Requires board members appointed to fill vacancies to stand for election at the next annual or duly noticed special meeting, with the meeting notice including election information and sufficient time for owners to declare candidacy and solicit proxies.

Clarifies that associations with fewer than twenty units may waive annual audits and unannounced cash balance verifications at an association meeting by majority vote of unit owners.

Makes technical amendments to condominium law regarding lease rent collection system approvals, director reimbursement documentation, and insurance requirements for unit owners.
