Requires vendors awarded contracts through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies bidding program to maintain a physical presence in Hawaii.

Defines "physical presence" as either having a physical location in the State or establishing an administrative office in Hawaii.

Administrative office must provide customer service information to consumers about supplies and services and maintain a business registration, mailing address, street address, or telephone number in the State.

Applies to vendors furnishing items or services under section 1834(a)(20) of the Social Security Act to Hawaii residents.

Effective date: July 1, 2112.
